MB Change Academy

Nurturing future leaders

MasonBreese offers a structured training programme on the job through our Change Academy, allowing graduates to fast track their career whilst already participating in the business world.

Combining on-site client work with our online and classroom-based learning courses we ensure a fast route to technical competence. The MB Change Academy features a personal mentoring system, lively social network and the opportunity for client engagement - delivering an accredited graduate training programme, unrivalled in the industry.

Established in 2015 the MB Change Academy continues to provide high-quality Business Analysts and Project Managers as part of MasonBreese’s leading team of change management professionals.

The Excellence in Change Management Programme covers the full breadth of any analyst’s role from planning and strategy through to implementation, review and reporting to a variety of stakeholders. The two-year syllabus is broken down into easy to manage modules covering the following topics:

Data & Technology
Business Analyst Fundamentals
Introduction to Change Management & Project Management
Understanding the Commercial Business Environment
Personal Effectiveness

On completion, the programme will offer graduates a range of internationally recognised certifications including BCS Foundation in Business Analysis, Agile PM, PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner qualification and a CMI recognised MB Excellence in Change Management certification.
