MasonBreese announce new Director to lead enhanced proposition

MasonBreese is pleased to announce the appointment of Jimmy Kelly to the Board of Directors. Jimmy joined MasonBreese in November 2017 as Chief Learning Officer to oversee the development of the firm’s learning and development offering and support MasonBreese’s continuing investment in people.

 A key aspect of the appointment is Jimmy’s enhanced responsibilities to lead the development of MasonBreese’s new leadership and culture arm, MB People. MB People will provide leadership and management consultancy to organisations in Jersey and internationally as well as providing coaching, development and people engagement interventions tailor-made for companies of all sizes.

 Commenting on the appointment, MasonBreese co-founder Vernon Breese said “We are delighted to welcome Jimmy to our Board. About Jimmy Kelly

 Before joining MasonBreese, Jimmy enjoyed a successful 17-year career with HSBC where her undertook roles ranging from Contact Centre leadership to Employee Experience. In 2011, Jimmy completed a MSc in Organisational Psychology from Exeter University.

 Jimmy is also a distinguished Performance Coach working with a range of clients in business and sport. As well as working with the England Schoolboys U18 international squad, he is also the Performance Coach for Team Jets Netball on the island.

 Jimmy is married to Susie and has two children, Fin and Dexter.
