Your skills and experience
Our Associate Consultants work alongside our core team and our clients to deliver specific pieces of work. Engagements vary in scope and complexity and roles you may be suitable to fulfil include:
· Project or Programme Manager (including PMO)
· Business Analyst
· Data Architect, Data Engineer or Data Analyst
· Solution Architect
· Enterprise Architect
· Subject Matter Expertise in areas such as AI, Cyber, Technology, Digital, Transformation, Accounting & Finance and Risk & Compliance
Who we’re looking for
We are interested to hear from professionals with consulting, industry, or public sector experience, that can work independently or as part of a team to deliver to a high standard.
You are reliable and responsive, with hands-on design and implementation experience, that you communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders. You’re pragmatic and flexible in your approach to achieving outcomes.
You may be an independent consultant, a contractor, self-employed or between roles.
How it works
We recognise that our Associate Network plays a key part in our success. That’s why we engage with our Associates on a regular basis, so you’re aware of the pipeline of opportunities before and after each engagement ends.
If your profile aligns with upcoming work, we contact you to discuss the potential engagement. There is no obligation on either side to proceed.
We operate a transparent pricing model, applying a standard, competitive flat percentage margin to all Associate engagements, giving you full visibility of rates.
