The Change Academy is a two-year tailored programme which supports candidates in achieving professional accreditations from globally recognised industry award bodies including:
- The Chartered Management Institute (CMI) – building skilled, confident and successful managers and leaders.
- BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT FoundationAgile – an iterative approach to delivering a project throughout its life cycle.
- Prince2 – a process-based method for effective project management
As a Change Academy student you will undertake your training while working on client projects. You will be supported by mentors from across the MasonBreese team, while earning a competitive salary with increases aligned to you progression throughout the programme.
