Your responsibilities
As a Business Analyst at MasonBreese, you’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and final solutions. Your work will involve understanding business challenges, gathering requirements, analysing and improving processes, and delivering solutions that drive technology and organisational change and transformation.
Your skills and experience
We’re looking for people who can effectively anticipate risks and collaborate with a team. If you’re the person that people rely on to fix something, we want to hear from you.
Experience in change management isn’t essential. If you’re looking for career progression, ask the right questions, can stay focused under pressure and like to solve problems then a career as a Business Analyst could be for you.
Who we’re looking for
Whilst we’re primarily looking for candidates based in Jersey and the Isle of Man, we are open to discussing roles with candidates in Guernsey and the UK who are open to some travel as a part of their role.
