If you’ve built your career within a trust company, corporate services provider, family office or private client business and have been involved in projects as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), Super User, project lead or change champion, we’d love to hear from you.
Previous consulting experience is not required.

The Role
As a Consultant within MB Fiduciary, you’ll help clients solve business challenges, improve operational efficiency and successfully deliver change initiatives.
Drawing on your fiduciary and platform expertise, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement and support the delivery of practical solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships and making a real impact.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as a fiduciary and platform SME, helping clients improve their operations, systems and ways of working.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities and deliver practical solutions.
- Support transformation, business change and technology implementation projects from discovery through to delivery.
- Contribute to workshops, testing, training and client engagement activities as part of successful project delivery.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong practical experience within a trust company, corporate services provider, family office or private client business.
- Deep knowledge of fiduciary operations and one or more leading trust and corporate services administration platforms.
- Experience acting as a Super User, SME, system champion or key participant in projects, change programmes or system implementations.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, with a genuine interest in helping clients improve and succeed.
Who We're Looking For
We’re interested in speaking with ambitious professionals who want to combine their fiduciary and platform expertise with a career in consulting.
You may currently be working as a Senior Administrator, Assistant Manager, Manager, Operations Specialist, Client Services professional, Business Analyst, Project Manager or team leader within a fiduciary organisation.
You don’t need previous consulting experience.
What matters most is your industry knowledge, your experience contributing to projects and change initiatives, and your desire to help clients solve problems and achieve better outcomes.
If you’ve helped implement a new system, improved a process, supported testing, trained colleagues, led part of a change programme or become the go-to person for a business platform, we’d love to hear from you.
Location
Whilst we’re primarily looking for candidates based in Jersey and the Isle of Man, we are open to discussing opportunities with candidates in Guernsey and the UK who are willing to travel as part of their role.
