Head of Client Services

Position Summary

The role of Head of Client Services is to be the primary interface between MasonBreese and our existing/potential clients. You will be the senior manager responsible for all external relations, engagements and placements, reporting directly to the Board of Directors.

The holder will also be responsible for all business development, client relationship management, marketing, sponsorship and the positive projection of the MasonBreese brand across each of the markets that we operate within (Jersey, UK, Isle of Man, Switzerland).

You will be an excellent relationship manager with strong people skills, excellent business acumen and a high level of commercial awareness.

The primary objective of the Head of Client Services is to ensure MasonBreese continues to offer a first-class service to our clients, broadens and deepen these existing client relationships, whilst developing new ones in each of our core markets.

The key job functions for the Head of Client Services role are:

  • Placements: Ensure that we continue to provide our clients with suitable candidates for the consultancy roles they require. Work closely with the Head of Operations to ensure we are attracting candidates with the skills that match our client’s needs.
  • CRM: Overall responsibility for the MasonBreese client relationship management approach for business growth.
  • Business Development: Responsible for the MasonBreese Business Development Strategy, the primary client relationship owner and actively contribute to the growth of MasonBreese’s existing client base.
  • Marketing: Manage the MasonBreese marketing and sponsorship strategy, ensuring positive brand awareness and a return on investment. Overall responsibility for the MasonBreese social media strategy.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Primary contact for all MasonBreese’s key client relationships (Relationship Management)

  • Oversee the hiring of talented individuals with the appropriate skillsets (People)
  • Broaden and deepen the existing relationships we have, whilst also establishing new ones and appropriately promoting the full range of services that MasonBreese offer to our clients (Business Development)
  • Primary contact for all MasonBreese’s key client relationships (Relationship Management)
  • Deliver a consistent and high-quality external presence in each of our markets, ensuring positive brand awareness (Marketing)

Position Specifications Essential

  • Proven experience in a Business Development, Sales and/or Marketing role
  • A track record of continuous personal development
  • Understanding of the key functions of sales, marketing, business development and relationship building
  • Previous management of key client relationships
  • Excellent organisational abilities
  • Aptitude in decision making and problem solving


Desirable

  • Educated to post-graduate level would be an advantage
  • Good understanding of the consulting and recruitment landscape in MasonBreese’s core markets

Business Lead – MasonBreese Digital

Summary of the opportunity

MasonBreese Digital is looking to appoint a Business Lead, to build the current small team and to help achieve their significant growth potential. The appointee will have the opportunity to shape the local business, develop the P&L, recruit, and build the business across all the MasonBreese jurisdictions.

The MasonBreese team will support with funding, leads, training and inclusion in the wider MasonBreese decision making groups and processes.

This position has explicit responsibility for the MasonBreese Digital P&L and new business development.

Responsibilities

The person appointed to this role will be responsible for helping to define the MasonBreese Digital strategy. It will include P&L, product, headcount and customer measures.

Skills and experience

The role requirements are as follows:

. Strong local network to facilitate Business Development

. Personable and approachable manner, to cultivate trust in colleagues and clients

. A deep knowledge of the Digital sector, tools, automation and technology

. Ability to recruit new colleagues who have a strong fit with the MasonBreese culture, to lead their development,

. Ability to resolve challenges – client and colleague – as they arise, and to seek help from the wider MB team when needed

. Understanding of relevant local legislation and its application

Other requirements

Both client and internal projects, management initiatives may present a requirement to travel. MasonBreese is aware that this can be challenging and always seeks to accommodate individual’s personal situations.

MasonBreese expects all members of the team to stay up to date with relevant training and will regularly mandate specific training courses and materials which must be completed
