Operations Administrator

MasonBreese is a consultancy practice providing Change professionals ranging from graduate/entry level to senior, seasoned professionals. We have a strong focus on learning and development. Our people work across a range of change projects, IT implementations, development programmes, migrations, mergers & acquisitions in a variety of industries. We work to develop deep and long-term relationships with our clients.

We are looking to recruit an office administrator to join our Operations Team, to support our growing business in the British Isles and Europe. This is a varied role which requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to adapt to different situations.

This is a full-time position and duties will include but are not limited to:

  • General office administration and supporting the MB Operations Team.
  • Drafting contracts and administration of the same.
  • Assistance with recruitment, including first interviews where appropriate.
  • Involvement in employee take-on and induction, including pre-employment screening.
  • Supporting placing our people, inclusive of CV drafting and preparation for interview.
  • Liaising with clients and third-party providers as required.
  • Support the directors and the wider team in the achievement of the Company’s goals.


To be successful in this position you must be a team player, confident in dealing with people, able to demonstrate a pro-active approach and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft products e.g. Word, PowerPoint and Excel and experience with the Office 365 products, including Sharepoint would be an advantage. You will be able to work on your own initiative and adapt to changing circumstances with ease.
